About Us
AI-powered software for complex industrial operations.
Who we are
Wyella Solutions builds AI-native software for the industries that keep the physical world running — energy, manufacturing, resource extraction, and the infrastructure around them. We work where decisions carry weight and downtime carries cost.
What we believe
Operators know things models don't. Models see things operators can't. Our products bring those two knowledge bases into a single interface — one that respects the discipline of the control room and the pragmatism of the field.
How we show up
Direct. Precise. Legible. Our visual identity is engineered the way our software is: high signal, low ornament, and readable under pressure.
What good looks like
Three success dimensions, weighted equally — not traded off against each other.
Business value
Money, asset availability, throughput, reduced rework, faster execution, lower cost-per-work-order.
Execution efficiency
Hands-on-tools time up, planning-to-execution leakage down, handoff failures down.
User adoption & performance
Frontline workers actually use the tool because it makes their job better — not because compliance requires it.
Built by people who have operated the plant, designed the systems, and delivered the change.
Wyella brings together frontline operating experience, industrial asset and enterprise architecture, and disciplined technology delivery. We understand the work from the plant floor to the enterprise systems behind it—and we built KEVIN to close the gaps between them.

Roland Robinson
Co-Founder · Business Development Director
Roland brings first-hand experience from the plant floor, maintenance planning, and major turnaround execution. He spent five years as a Shell refinery operator before moving into operations turnaround planning for a major outage involving steam, MEG, and styrene facilities.
He later worked as an isolation coordinator embedded within maintenance planning, helping teams connect equipment boundaries, operational conditions, job readiness, and safe execution. He also supported the systematic mapping of a facility's isolatable equipment ahead of a turnaround. His love for technology started when he helped prototype augmented-reality-guided isolation workflows with Microsoft and continued by becoming the Product Owner of the Digital Twin solution deployed within LNG Canada.
At Wyella Solutions, Roland brings the operator's perspective into every customer conversation. He understands where work breaks down between Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering—and helps ensure KEVIN solves the problems teams experience in the field, not simply the problems visible from the office.

James Maguire
Co-Founder · Development Director
James is an industrial digital transformation leader with experience across Shell and LNG Canada, having managed complex asset-intensive operating environments. His background spans asset framework implementation, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, major CMMS and SAP PM programs, data strategy, AI strategy, systems integration, and hands-on software development.
He understands how maintenance, engineering, operational, and enterprise systems must work together—and why large technology programs often fail when the operating model, data structure, and frontline workflow are treated as separate problems.
At Wyella Solutions, James leads the technical development of KEVIN and the architecture that connects it to the broader industrial ecosystem. His role is to make KEVIN a practical work-execution backbone: one that strengthens existing enterprise investments while giving frontline teams a clearer and more coherent way to plan, control, execute, and close out work.

Julia Stamatin
Co-Founder · Delivery Director
Julia brings extensive experience delivering complex technology initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary programs, and translating strategic objectives into executable plans. Her background includes enterprise systems such as SAP and Maximo and is well versed in IT delivery, program governance, operating-model design, quality assurance, process improvement, and coordination across technical, commercial, legal, and financial workstreams.
She specializes in creating structure around complex initiatives—clarifying requirements, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring that product decisions remain connected to customer outcomes and operational realities.
At Wyella Solutions, Julia leads customer discovery, solution delivery, and execution across the business. She keeps product, commercial, and implementation priorities aligned, helping customers move from a high-friction operating problem to a governed, achievable deployment of KEVIN.
A facility that feels like one team running one asset, not three departments negotiating across a wall.
